INNER ALIGNMENT REIKI
Reiki is based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Reiki offers a pathway to healing that brings a calm peacefulness to people experiencing stress and anxiety, among other ailments. Healing with Reiki takes a certain level of sensitivity, which I’ve honed to offer a gentle but deep and far-reaching therapy.

WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
My Journey
I’ve been a Reiki Practitioner since 2015, but have been around alternative medicine my entire life.
I first became aware of Reiki during an intense emotional upheaval in my life. I was so grateful for the healing and support I received through Reiki, that I decided to study it myself so that I could help others on their own healing journeys.
After working through the levels of training and receiving my Reiki Master Certification in Missoula, Montana, I relocated to Chico, California, where I currently live with my beautiful family.
I love giving Reiki, and am delighted to continue learning of the wonders that this beautiful healing art brings.
